Shipping costs are as follows: - Order Value £1-£34.99 = £3.50 - Order Value £35- £49.99 = £5.50 - Order Value £50 and over = £0 (FREE)

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept most common forms of debit and credit card payments, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay and Shop Pay. We also accept Klarna payments too, this is an option offered at checkout.

Do You Offer Home Delivery?

Yes we do. If you live in local postcodes near our store in Carlisle we offer direct home delivery for £2 in CA1, CA2 and CA3 postcodes.

Can I Come And Collect My Order?

Absolutely, as soon as your order is ready we will send you a confirmation email then you can head to our shop at 5 Earls Lane, Carlisle, CA3 8DG and collect your order. This service is completely free

Do You Accept Returns?

Yes we do, there is a 14 day return window of which if there are any problems with your order e.g. if it has arrived damaged or wrong item please get in touch and we will try our best to make it right. After the return is process please expect your refund to be with you within 10 working days (normally much sooner than this). Return postage is free

How Do I Return An Item?

In the event that you are not satisfied with your order and are within the 14 day returns window, please get in touch with us using the aforementioned contact methods and we will email you a returns label for you to post back to us as soon as you can. Your refund will be processed as soon as we receive the item and is normally refunded back to you within 10 working days (normally much sooner)
